Ordering process
- You place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process, where you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
- Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order to you. The products will be dispatched to you by email only, using the email address you have provided to us. Despatch will usually take place within a few minutes of our receiving your order.
- Our contract will be made with you when we dispatch the order to you and you will be charged, unless we notify you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
- We may refuse to accept and to dispatch an order:
- where our products are not available for whatever reason;
- where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
- if there has been a pricing, product description or product error; or
- if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
- Please note that once you have received the products you shall not be entitled to a refund, as our products will be personalised for you.
- All our prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.
